We provide a range of services in the field of project management for new build, conversion and refit of yachts.

We work with yacht owners, designers and shipyards to advise on all aspects of the project; including vessel selection, pre-purchase inspections and sea trials.

We help prevent disaster such as late delivery, over-budget projects and failed repairs and upgrades by producing detailed cost predictions prior to work start, assisting in selection of all contractors, keeping shipyard and contractors within quotes and estimates. We then oversee operating and escrow accounts, while working on site with the shipyard, and attending and monitoring all sea trials.
